Richardson Promoted to Loan Officer at First Midwest Bank

POPLAR BLUFF, MO – The Board of Directors of First Midwest Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Jake Richardson to Assistant Vice President and Loan Officer.
In his new role, Richardson will work closely with customers to help them navigate the lending process with confidence, providing personalized financial solutions to meet their borrowing needs. He brings five years of banking experience, having worked alongside lenders and analyzed loan portfolios across multiple markets.
“Jake’s deep understanding of our community, strong relationship-building skills, educational background and extensive experience at First Midwest make him a great fit for this role. We’re excited to see him continue to grow and make a lasting impact as a loan officer,” said Dale Dickerson, Executive Vice President for First Midwest Bank.
A Poplar Bluff native and 2016 graduate of Poplar Bluff High School, Richardson earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Missouri State University in 2021. He began his career with First Midwest Bank in 2018, gaining experience across several areas of the bank before eventually advancing to a full-time Credit Analyst position following graduation.
Richardson will serve customers from First Midwest Bank’s main location at 704 North Westwood Boulevard in Poplar Bluff.
